Standard jewelry can be returned within 30 days after delivery. The product must remain in original condition, without wear, damage or any artificial changes. Original packaging must be included.
Personalized custom jewelry is final sale with no return or exchange allowed.
Return shipping is at the customer’s own cost for personal reasons. We cover shipping fees for items that are defective, broken upon arrival or wrongly sent.
